A year or so ago I relocated to another state and purchased new carpeting for my home. Having a cat that vomits and hurls hairballs, a dog and family, I was regularly scrubbing to remove stains. I then resorted to covering the carpet with sheets. Not being familiar with the carpet cleaners in the state, I went to Angie's List and found "Ultra Clean", the top rated company. My carpets were pre-vacuumed, pre-conditioned, pre and post spotted, pre-agitated and scotch guarded then raked and speed dryed. Chris was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. My scrubbing spots and traffic areas disappeared. I am extremely happy with their work and highly recommend this company. Chris vacuumed and cleaned the carpet in the living room/dining room, family room, master bedroom, office, and hallway. I had moved the small stuff out of the rooms, but Chris moved the remaining furniture so he could clean the whole carpet. The only pieces that were not moved were the very heavy items, such as the entertainment center, large bookcase, and my cluttered desk. He did a good job of pre-vacuuming and cleaning the carpet. He seemed to know his stuff, and worked at a fast pace. I am happy with the results and would recommend this company.

My couches had a dingy, dirty look all along the bottom edges. Chris immediately identified the problem as my dog giving herself a good rubdown along the edge of the couch, leading to a buildup of skin oils that became a magnet for more dust and dog hair. I can't believe the difference a good cleaning made. The couches, which are 20 years old, look like they just came from the store. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and a delight to deal with. How often can you say that?

I have used the same national carpet cleaning service for several years. This was my first time using America's Ultra Clean. Chris and his helper arrived on time and were professionally attired. This was no different from my previous service. Here is what was different. While Chris was measuring the rooms to figure out the price, his helper hooked up a vacuum to the suction apparatus and vacuumed all areas to be cleaned. My former service never did this. I believe this was very important to the success of the job. As they started cleaning, I noticed that as Chris sprayed the cleaning solution on the carpet(it had a nice smell by the way) the helper used the "rake" to get the solution into the carpet. This is something that was also not done by my former cleaner. They also had a fan that was placed in each room as they finished it to speed up drying. Not done by my previous cleaner. They finished the job in about 1 1/2 hours.(4 bedrooms, walk in closet, hallway, large living room) I was very pleased with the results and carpet looks great. My only complaint is the price. Even with a 20% Angies list discount, the cost was about $60 more than the prior cleaner. Is it worth it? I think so. Yes, I will use America's Ultra Clean again next year.

Chris and his associate arrived on time, and immediately went to work setting up corner protection and floor mats. A quick measurement of all cleanable areas, a moment to confirm pricing, and they were off and doing spot removal and pretreatment. In several rooms, this carpet had been been subjected to large ink stains, pet mess and some very odd tar-like spots which I was sure would never come off. I was wrong. These two men worked very quickly and enthusiastically, and in an hour and a half, presented me with carpeting that looked like new! Absolutely amazing results!!!

I will be using this company again and will certainly be referring them to my friends.
